How we do things 'round here.

Here are some guidelines and general information. If you are a real estate agent, passing this along to your clients will help the photography session go smoothly.

Rates and Pricing
  • Standard pricing for services and packages can be found on the Booking Page.

  • Other associated fees:​​

    • ​Properties larger than 2,500 square feet: $50 per each additional 500 square feet

    • Rush Order: ​$50

      • Less than 24 hours for photo delivery, 48 hours for other services​

    • Cancelation inside 24 hours: $25

  • For commercial property, please inquire.

  • For any photography and videography services not specified online, please inquire for rates and an estimate. 

Confirmation and Communication
  • If requested online booking can be accommodated, clients will receive a confirmation email or text message confirming the requested date, time, and location of the photography session.

  • If for some reason the requested online booking cannot be accommodated, Mikey G Photography will reach out to the client to try to find a day and time that will work.

  • Clients may opt in to an additional confirmation text message sent 24 hours prior to the agreed upon appointment time. This is highly recommended and appreciated.

Cancellation Policy
  • Any changes or cancellations to appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule without incurring additional charges.

Arrival and Preparation
  • Photographer will arrive at the scheduled location on time and fully equipped with necessary photography gear.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is clean, decluttered, and staged appropriately for photography before the photographer's arrival.

    • Remove any personal items and/or excessive decor to allow the focus to be on the property's features.

    • All lights on and blinds or curtains open to let in natural light.

    • Pets, pet items, and pet waste removed.

  • An agent or homeowner does not need to be present during the session, but needs to ensure all of the items above are completed.

    • Home entry instructions need to be passed to the photographer if an agent or homeowner cannot be there during the session.

  • Any specific requests or preferences regarding the shoot should be communicated to the photographer in advance.

  • If the property is not adequately prepared for photography, photographer reserves the right to terminate the session and reschedule.

Duration of Sessions
  • The duration of each photography session will vary depending on the size and complexity of the property.

  • On average, a standard real estate photography session lasts between 1-2 hours.

Post-Processing and Delivery
  • After the photography session, the images will be edited to enhance their quality and appeal.

  • Clients should receive the edited photographs within 1-3 days via digital download or other agreed-upon delivery methods.

  • If the invoice is paid in full, the delivered photographs and/or videos will be watermark free.

  • Rush processing may be available upon request, subject to additional fees.

  • We value feedback from our clients and strive to continuously improve our services.

  • Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience with our real estate photography services, which will help us enhance customer satisfaction and better meet their expectations.
